Building Registration in Cadastre

Once construction is complete, the building must be registered in the cadastre and land registry. Without this, you can't obtain a use permit, sell the property, or register a mortgage.

How it works:
1. We survey the as-built state — exact position and dimensions of the completed building
2. We prepare the geodetic elaborat for cadastral registration
3. We submit the elaborat to the cadastral office
4. Once approved, the building is recorded in the cadastre and land registry
