How it works:
1. We analyze the cadastral and land registry data for your parcel
2. On site, we survey the existing boundaries and agree on the new division
3. We prepare the parcelation elaborat with the new parcel configuration
4. We submit to the cadastral office — once approved, the new parcels are registered
